Am I too old for braces or aligners?
No. Healthy teeth can be moved at any age. Many of our orthodontic patients are working adults who chose clear aligners for a discreet option. The health of your gums and bone matters far more than your age.
How long does orthodontic treatment take?
Most cases take somewhere between several months and around two years, depending on how much movement is needed. You get a personal estimate after your assessment, and you see steady progress along the way.
Do braces or aligners hurt?
There is mild pressure or tenderness for a day or two after each adjustment, which settles quickly. It is a sign the teeth are moving as planned, and soft food and simple painkillers handle it easily.
